A bartender in Redondo & Hermosa Beach, Jenny Lane doesn't look like a lethal pro-wrestler, but she's said to get a little "Looney" at times. Known in UPW as Looney Lane, Jenny is has been labeled in possessing the best Hurricanrana dubbed the "Looneycanrana" ever delivered by a female. Suraj: Jenny, thanks for taking time out of your busy schedule and doing this interview for RajahWWF.com's WoW Section. Is there anything you'd like to say before we get started?
Looney Lane: "Yes, Hello & thank you for wanting to talk with me." :)
Suraj: The pleasure is all mine! All right, let's get started. What were your hobbies as a child, were you an athletic child? Would you describe yourself as a tomboy?
Looney Lane: "Huge tomboy, had big brothers, only girl. Hobbies shooting archery, dancing, fishing, camping, soccer, rodeo..."
Suraj: When you were younger had you ever imagined being involved in the pro-wrestling business? What was/were your dream jobs as a child?
Looney Lane: "No not at all, I mean I watched it as a kid but never thought this would happen. Crazy huh?"
Suraj: What sparked your interest in wrestling?
Looney Lane: "Well I started watching it again back in 97 - 98. All I wanted to see was HBK & totally got hooked. Then out of nowhere this happens."
Suraj: When the big three were around (WWF, WCW, ECW) did you follow the promotions?
Looney Lane: "Yes, mostly WWF & ECW when I could see it. I wasn't to keen to WCW."
Suraj: How did you stumble onto UPW? Is UPW your first promotion you've worked for, or did you work your way up to UPW?
Looney Lane: "My Ex-Boyfriends bros worked for UPW just as UPW was just getting started. I met Rick Bassman and he invited me to come work. So I did and it snowballed. Crazy!"
Suraj: You are probably the most popular current UPW Vixen, how do you feel about that?
Looney Lane: "I mean it's pretty awesome. I was an ugly duckling. A total ham. For me to get to dress up and act in a live setting, Totally Rocks! The fans are so awesome for making it that way."
Suraj: Who came up with the name Looney Lane? Is there a unique story behind it?
Looney Lane: "It was my nickname from high school. A group of guys I grew up with called me Looney to tease me. But then they were my bros so it stuck!"
Suraj: What do you think of the role you currently play in UPW?
Looney Lane: "I love managing. I love wrestling, so I can't complain. I just like being in front of a crowd entertaining. So just having a role in UPW makes me happy."
Suraj: You are billed as real fierce competitor in the ring, did you find it hard to break into the business?
Looney Lane: "Depending on where you want to break and how bad you want it. WWF is pretty tough, but given the opportunity take it. It's a tough business, either you have it or you don't."
Suraj: What's the worst bump you have ever taken?
Looney Lane: "A pile driver, from Christopher Daniels. And probably the very first body slam I took from Mad Dog Mike Bell in class. He didn't tell me he was going to do it and did it."
Suraj: What is like performing in front of screaming fans?
Looney Lane: "It's like the biggest Rush in the world. I absolutely love it!"
Suraj: What are your thoughts on the other UPW Divas, like Caryn Mower, The Klimaszewski Twins, and Frostee Moore who were signed by the WWF and never got a chance? And what are your opinions on Lisa Marie Varon, who is one of the few whom is getting a chance?
Looney Lane: "Well with Caryn, that totally sucked. Because she actually had it and she knew what was up. Now I know now that if you are a female in the WWF, you need to know how to wrestle. The Twins and Frostee didn't wrestle. Lisa totally deserves what she has cause she worked her butt off!"

Suraj: What do you think of Pro-Wrestling Divas posing in PLAYBOY? Would you ever do a PLAYBOY spread?
Looney Lane: "I fully support it. It's the most tasteful men's magazine and if given the chance I'd for sure pose for Playboy."
